Club Rules

DONATIONS

Daily donation of 1 emerald is required. Dollars and Diamonds are not necessary but it would be better if you do donate huge amounts for your club. This would increase your loyalty towards your club and will help your club reach greater heights. Feel free to contribute as much as you feel comfortable with. Your participation is more important to us than your contributions.

FLOATING MEMBERS

Members will be expected to join club battles as soon as possible. If you have not joined a battle at least three hours before the scheduled battle time, the president of Team NEVER PASSÉ may remove you and replace you with one of our floating members. Absent club members with the lowest popularity stats will be removed first. Once the battle is over and the floating members have been removed, you may be invited to rejoin at the discretion of Team NEVER PASSÉ staff.

MANAGEMENT PHILOSOPHY

We encourage collaboration, initiative, and innovation. If our members believe they have something of value to contribute, we encourage them to come forward and share their contributions. If our members see something that needs to be done, we encourage them to do it. If our members have concerns, we encourage them to share those concerns with Team NEVER PASSÉ staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Members will be expected to participate in all club battles, check the club page daily, and to raise their popularity stats on a regular basis. If you fail to participate in a battle without giving notice, you are eligible for removal from the club.

COMMUNICATIONS

Team  NEVER PASSÉ believes in the importance of keeping the line of communications open between staff members and club members; therefore, we ask that members do not put any Team NEVER PASSÉ staff members on ignore. If you feel that you have a valid reason to put a staff member on ignore, contact either President or Vice President with an explanation, so that we may resolve the situation.

CONDUCT

Team NEVER PASSÉ  is built on a spirit of cooperation, tolerance, unity and mutual respect. Bullying, exclusion, and abusive behavior will NOT be tolerated. Treat ALL your fellow LP players with courtesy and respect, not just club members. Remember that on occasion, language and cultural differences might contribute to misunderstandings between people. Please keep this in mind.
